Shipping policy
Please note:
SHIPPING delays are pretty much a given these days, so expect that your order will take longer to arrive than the estimated shipping date (and if it arrives sooner, that's a happy surprise!)
I can't be responsible for an item that doesn't arrive if it is marked as 'delivered' by the shipper. I'm really sorry, but I'm just one enby working from home, and I'm limited in what I can do, though if you send me a note, I'll try to help track down the issue, or give you a replacement at cost.

We both live in Canada, why is my order shipping from the US?
Unfortunately, not all of my production partners are in Canada. I do my best to choose partners who are ethical, and produce quality products for reasonable prices. Currently, Art of Where is my only production partner based in Canada.
If you order an item I ship myself, or something from AoW, such as a beanie, tote, or scarf, it will ship within Canada. Otherwise, it's coming from the US.
I only received part of my order.
Depending on the items you've ordered, they may all ship in one package, or they may arrive separately. Each production partner will ship their items directly to you.
Stickers, pins, pendants, and buttons ship directly from me. Other items ship from my various production partners (which you can see in the listing).
I try to send a note when items will ship separately, but may sometimes miss it.
Can you ship X to my country?
In most cases, absolutely!
Unfortunately, there are some exceptions. I am restricted in where some of my printers will ship to, so if you have any questions, please get in touch, and I can verify that the item will ship to your country.
